Innsbruck/Austria- The first indictment of the Economic and Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (WKStA) against the fallen Signa founder René Benko because of fraudulent Krida is final. This was announced by the spokeswoman for the State Court of Innsbruck, Birgit Fink, on Friday on APA request. Benko’s right -wing defense had not appealed against this in the two -week period provided. Negotiation dates have not yet been determined, but the process could take place in Vienna.
