The choice of how to remove the trunk from the ground, of course, depends on its size, but also available tools and budget. Of course, the fastest method is to dig it with an excavator. However, not anywhere on our plot will have such a vehicle. You can also gradually cut subsequent parts of the trunk. It involves digging the trunk around, revealing the roots and cutting them with an ax, chain saw or saw to the branch. This method is very labor -intensive, especially in the case of large trunks and an extensive root system.
