Cucumbers in Wrocław is a quick way to close the goodness of summer in jars, so you can use them even during cold winter. They are characterized by a distinct taste and exceptional crunchinesswork for sandwiches or for salads, but also as an independent snack. To prepare them, all you need is a few basic spices, cucumbers and of course clean jars. All you need is just a few dozen minutes to fill your whole pantry.

Ingredients:
- 2 kg of small ground cucumbers,
- a liter of water,
- 500 ml of vinegar,
- 150 g cukru,
- Little horseradish root,
- 3 dill branches with canopy,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 2 tablespoons of salt,
- 8 bay leaves,
- 12 grains of allspice,
- 6 teaspoons of mustard,
- A teaspoon of black pepper grains.
Method of performance:
Wash and scrub the cucumbers, then cut the tips. Peel the garlic and root of the horseradish and cut into slices.
At the bottom of the jars, arrange the slices of horseradish and garlic, as well as dill. Carefully arrange the cucumbers, pressing them to yourself.
Boil water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a pot. Add bay leaves, allspice, mustard and pepper. Mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the hot pickle, leaving 1-2 cm free space on the top. Stop the jars firmly and put them in a pot linted with a linen cloth. Pour them with water to a height of approx. 3/4. Cook them for 15-20 minutes, then remove and put them on top. Cool.
Store cucumbers in Wrocław in a dry, cool and dark place – a pantry or basement. Serve as a component of salads or an independent addition to dinner.
