Self -prepared apple pie It will certainly surprise the palates of your guests. What is needed to do it? Here is the list ingredients:
- 150 g cukru;
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar;
- 75 g of butter;
- 4 eggs;
- 100 g of wheat flour;
- 50 g of potato flour;
- 150 g cream 18%;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 3 large apples;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
- icing sugar.
Preparation method:
- The butter should be pulled out of the fridge beforehand to soften. In a large bowl, grind them with 100 g of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. When the mass gets fluffy, add 2 eggs to it and sift wheat flour and potato flour to the bowl. We also add baking powder and mix the whole.
- Wash the apples and deprive the seed nests. Cut them into pieces, throw them into a separate bowl, and then supplement with lemon juice and cinnamon. Optionally, we can add a little homemade apple marmalade.

- When the dough bakes, mix the cream with the remaining 2 eggs, 50 g of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar. After the 35 minutes, add this mass to the dough, and then translate it into the middle level of the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
- Cool the ready apple pie and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
