The vice president () ties with the governor of, (Republicans), in the first and second rounds, in the newest poll of voting intentions for the presidency in a possible scenario without the president ().
The survey also shows that (PT), current Finance Minister, would draw with Tarcisio in the first stage, but would lose in a possible second round.
Datafolha interviewed 2,004 voters over 16 between July 29 and 30, in 130 Brazilian cities. The margin of error is two percentage points, more or less, with a confidence level of 95%.
In a dispute without Lula, Alckmin has 24% of voting intentions, and Tarcisio, 22%.
The scenario also tested the governors of Paraná, Goiás and Minas Gerais. Ratinho Jr. (PSD) reached 14%, and Ronaldo Caiado (União Brasil) and Romeu Zema (Novo) had 7% each.
In this scenario, 21% chose white, null or none, and 5% said they did not know.
In a possible second round between Alckmin and Tarcisio, the technical draw would remain, with the governor numerically ahead of the vice president (40% to 38%).
Already against Haddad, Tarcisio ends in the first round (23% to 23%), but would have an advantage in the second. The governor of São Paulo would have 43% of voting intentions, compared to 37% for the Minister of Finance – therefore, of the margin of error.
In this scenario, 17% would vote blank, null or none of the two, and 3% could not answer.
