The event, held on the Citizenship Route, celebrated the union of dozens of couples in a major public ceremony, reinforcing the social role of the initiative that has benefited thousands of Acre families over three decades.
During his participation, Cameli highlighted the relevance of the project as an instrument of inclusion and valorization of the population. “It is an event that brings together families and gives dignity to people,” said the governor.
The celebration was part of the special program of Expoacre 50 years, and thrilled who closely followed the officialization of marriages.
The Citizen Project, carried out by the Acre Court of Justice in partnership with various bodies, aims to facilitate the population’s access to citizenship services, such as issuing free documents and marriages.
