The first lady Janja da Silva attended this Sunday (3.ago.2025) to the 3rd and last day of the 17th National Meeting of the PT, in Brasilia (DF), using a For Fyiatraditional Arab scarf that became a symbol of Palestinian resistance.
Also known as keffiyehthe play has been used for centuries in Arab communities and, in recent decades, has been supporting the cause of Palestinians. It is currently seen in demonstrations against Israel’s military offensive in the Gaza Strip.
