Ingredients:
- 2 heads of broccoli,
- 2 large apples,
- carrot,
- 50 g of rice,
- 50 g of dried cranberry.
Dressing:
- 100g majonezu,
- 100 g of Greek yogurt,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- a spoon of sugar,
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper.
Method of performance:
Divide the broccoli into smaller rubella size of one bite. Put them in hot water for 3 minutes until they are al dente.
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packaging. Cool, stirring occasionally.
