“He has everything to grow in the Federal District. Now, we have to do what I have done, talk to the people,” he says. “The idea that the Federal District went to the right is false. We have to talk to the people. The problem is that the democratic field has moved away from the people. I am convinced that if we talk to the people, we will give President Lula the victory here in the Federal District.”
