Housewife Aparecida Gonçalves had a significant damage on Monday (4) because she left Santa Rosa do Purus, a municipality of Acre isolated via terrestrial, to Rio Branco, in order to take the general registration (ID) of her two young children, but failed.

This is because its service had been scheduled a few weeks ago, but when it arrived at the Rio Branco Call Center (OCA) – which opened the doors even with the optional point decreed by the government, it was informed that the Identification Institute, the body responsible for issuing the document, is closed on Monday.
Aparecida came by boat, on a trip that lasts more than two days, and will have a loss of more than 200 reais.
“It took me more than two days to get here. My service was already scheduled. When I entered the OCA, the girl told me that you could not be answered because of this optional point. It is a loss to me that I came from Santa Rosa, by boat, and I will have to pay round trip twice,” he told Contilnet.
The Acrean is already preparing to return to the municipality of Santa Rosa and should only return to Rio Branco in September to get the identification document of children.
“Sad that. I’m here waiting for the car to return. I will have to pay for and back in September,” he said.
Sought by the report, OCA’s director, Fran Britto, said that the center is open on Monday, even with the impossibility of attendance in some sectors, such as the Identification Institute, for example, precisely to guide the population about resettlement.
“We chose to open today to welcome the citizen, because we knew that there was an organ who had attended scheduled, and there are people from the countryside and other municipalities who do not follow the news, especially on weekends and we knew they would come to the hollow even with the option of optional point, because they were already scheduled by the organ.
