Sandacz is a predatory fish found in lakes, rivers and dam reservoirs primarily in Central Europe. List of ingredients:
- 4 zander fillets with skin,
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper grains,
- 5 tablespoons of rapeseed oil,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,

Wash and dry zander fillets.
Cut into portions, salt.
Mix lemon juice with pepper and a tablespoon of oil – pour the fish with it and put in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Then heat the butter in a frying pan with the rest of the oil. Fry for about 7-8 minutes on the side of the skin, on the other hand for 3-4 minutes.
