During the broadcast of the last night of Expoacre 2025, the businessman and mayor of Rio Branco Shopkeepers (CDL), Marcello Moura, defended the change or expansion of Expoacre 2025, in an interview with ContilNet.

The CEO of the recol group said that this opinion is almost unanimous among the entrepreneurs who are exposing at the fair, as there are no more spaces for new exhibitors. In this edition, CDL was responsible for registering the booths.
“To give you an idea, we closed all the vacancies in record time. There were more than 100 exhibitors from outside, who could not put their products inside because of the size of the space,” said the businessman.
“Ideally, we rethink this way: either we will expand the fair or we will change places, but something needs to be done because the park is small for the amount of exhibitors we have,” he continued.
Moura also defended what Gladson had been announcing since the beginning of the year:
“Expoacre must be a fair that has greater participation in private initiative. It is obvious that we need a government participation, with a space for institutions and secretariats, but the focus is to expose what Acre produces in all segments,” he concluded.
