15 years of lock for US dressage rider for cruelty to animals

Lausanne-With an unusually long lock of 15 years, the World Association FEI has occupied the US rider Cesar Parra. According to the FEI, the reason is violations of the principles of animal welfare. The 62-year-old dressage rider must also pay a fine of the equivalent of 16,000 euros and the court costs of around 11,000 euros.
