The senator stated that the agenda is “impossible”, as Congress does not have enough votes for the minister’s impediment. Bolsating fellows collect signatures to support the opening of the process, but this depends exclusively on the Senate President, David Alcolumbre (Union-AP), who on several occasions said he will not walk with eventual impediment.

“We do not have 54 senators to approve. And here says a person who, during my 32 years of office, has become a very pragmatic person. I do not waste time with guidelines that will not succeed,” said Ciro Nogueira during an interview with Portal Metropolis on Wednesday, 6.
