The Turkish authorities have sounded an alarm to identify the well -known Halit Yukai, who is missing on the night of Saturday, August 2, when he departed with his yacht from his island.

The 43 -year -old’s yacht was found with severe damage and half -naked by the Turkish coastguard off the coast of Pronissos.

Authorities were informed by the Yukai family, who lost contact with him shortly after his departure. The Coast Guard was officially alerted at 11.40pm on Monday (4/8). Yesterday, Tuesday (5/8), at 2.30pm, the crew of a merchant ship reported that it had found debris. Shortly thereafter, it was confirmed that it was the businessman’s yacht, Graywolf.

Professional divers, a helicopter and coastguard boats have been mobilized to search for him, but so far no trace has been found.

Who is the businessman

Born in 1982, Halit Yukai is the founder and owner of the Turkish company Mazu Yachts, who manufactures a luxury yacht. He began his career as a workshop in a shipyard and made his dream of establishing his own company in 2011.

Mazu Yachts is known in Turkey for its modern designs and advanced technologies it uses in yacht.

Married to Greek

According to the Turkish news website, X Bodrum, Halit Yukai is married to Greek, Rania Stypa. His wife is Mazu Yachts’ marketing and public relations director.
