Preparing Goguma Latte is not difficult, so it’s worth preparing this drink regularly to take care of your body and beauty. To do it, we will need the following ingredients, such as:

  • 250 ml of milk,
  • 1 sweet potato with an orange or purple skin,
  • a pinch of cinnamon,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • a pinch of cardamom,
  • Optional 40 ml espresso.
