It is worth adding that Bób is very healthy, it is a good source of vegetable protein and fiber. The season is relatively short for it, so do not wait and prepare the insane Bob toasts.
To prepare a tasty snack with a bean, you will need:
- 1 long wheat baguette,
- 1 pack of cream cheese,
- olive oil,
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar,
- 1 teaspoon of honey,
- Optional green sprouts to serve.
Ingredients for stuffing with a bean:
- 150 G Bobu,
- 1 allspice,
- 1 bay leaf,
- sun,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Frying oil.
Pour water into the pot, add bay leaf, allspice and salt. Bring to a boil, throw the broad beans and cook for about 7-10 minutes until it is soft, but not overcooked. Strain and set aside to cool, then peel.
Peel the garlic and squeeze through the press. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, fry for a while. Add the broad beans and fry until gently browned and passes the aroma of garlic.
Cut the baguette into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Sprinkle them gently with oil and grill in a dry grill pan or in the oven until they become crunchy and slightly browned. Brush each slice with cream cheese. Apply fried broad beans on top.
Sprinkle lightly with a slight with a little honey and balsamic vinegar. Finally, decorate with fresh sprouts if you use.
