STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes imposed a series of determinations on Monday (4) after Senator circumvent a previous order of justice and travel to the United States without authorization
The PSB leader in the Senate, (CE), said on Wednesday (6) that the president of the Senate, (Union-AP), will ask through the law firm to reconsider the precautionary measures against Senator Marcos do Val (Somos). “(Alcolumbre) opted that it will ask for the review. It is not about entering the merits of Marcos do Val. Personally, I think if they have two senators who understand that Marcos do Val has a normal exercise of office, is very much,” Cid told journalists after a meeting between alcohubre and Senate leaders.
STF Minister Alexandre de Moraes imposed a series of determinations on Monday (4) after Senator circumvent a previous order of justice and travel to the United States without permission. In addition to the use of an electronic anklet, the measures include nightly household collection, cancellation of diplomatic passport, blocking of bank accounts, cards and keys PIX and also the payment of Val’s salaries and cabinet. The precautionary measures irritated their colleagues in the Senate, who saw in it an affront to the house.
Government leader in Congress, Randolfe Rodrigues (PT-AP), said the measure will serve to have access to his salary as a parliamentary and the quota to exercise mandate. The leaders have agreed, in return for the retreat of Moraes, that the Senate Attorney’s Office will submit a request for Val to be six months away from his term. “The Senate attorney will ask Senator Marcos do Val to be removed for six months from the office. The table will vote,” said Cid.
