These are some of the more than 100 that will be sold in a new store in Beijing that will be inaugurated on Friday (8), showing Humanoid models of more than 40 Chinese brands, such as Ubtech Robotics 9880.HK e Unitree Robotics.
The store is among the former in China to sell and consumer -oriented, reflecting the country’s ambition to lead in Ia and Robotics.
“If robots will go to thousands of homes, depending only on robotics companies is not enough,” said Wang Yifan, director of a store, on Wednesday (6), emphasizing the need for personalized solutions for consumers.
Describing the store as “4s” – offering sales, replacement parts, maintenance and survey services such as car dealers – Wang said the price of robots ranges from 2,000 yuans (about $ 278.33 and $ 1,525) to several million yuans (and reais).
China’s focus on robotics aims to face challenges such as population aging and the slowdown of growth.
The sector was driven by generous subsidies that exceeded $ 20 billion last year, while Beijing plans a background of one trillion yuans ($ 137 billion) to support and robotics.
