Ingredients for pancake dough:
- 1 egg,
- 1 teaspoon of oil,
- 150 ml of sparkling water,
- 250 g of wheat flour,
- 400 ml of milk,
- A pinch of salt.
Ingredients for Gyros:
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 teaspoon of Gyros spice,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- ½ red onion,
- ½ teaspoon oregano,
- 100 g of canned corn,
- 150 g of cheese,
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 3 canned cucumbers,
- 500 g chicken breasts,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
It is best to use Gouda or mozzarella cheese.

Start with stuffing. Clean and cut the chicken into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and gyros spice. Mix and Leave for 10-15 minutes. Prepare vegetables at this time.
