Most of us associate sweet version pancakes, but dry stuffing is gaining popularity. One of the tastiest and most effective is Gyros chicken – juicy, well seasoned and perfectly composing with cheese and vegetables.

If you do not want the pancakes to crack when curling and do not have a flour flavor, the right dough is important. The perfect consistency should be light but flexible. In this recipe, we use a mixture of milk and sparkling water, thanks to which the pancakes come out elastic and delicate. For preparation Gyros pancakes with chicken You will need:

Ingredients for pancake dough:

  • 1 egg,
  • 1 teaspoon of oil,
  • 150 ml of sparkling water,
  • 250 g of wheat flour,
  • 400 ml of milk,
  • A pinch of salt.

Ingredients for Gyros:

  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon of Gyros spice,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • ½ red onion,
  • ½ teaspoon oregano,
  • 100 g of canned corn,
  • 150 g of cheese,
  • 2 tablespoons of oil,
  • 3 canned cucumbers,
  • 500 g chicken breasts,
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

It is best to use Gouda or mozzarella cheese.

Start with stuffing. Clean and cut the chicken into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper and gyros spice. Mix and Leave for 10-15 minutes. Prepare vegetables at this time.
