Before meeting with party leaders in the afternoon, the president of the House had been with opposition leaders, Deputy Zucco (PL-RS), and PL leader Sostenes Cavalcante (RJ) in an attempt that the pockets ended the protest, but there was no agreement.
According to PL parliamentarians, Sostenes and Zucco retired after Motta said that he would not vote on the amnesty project to the convicts of the scammer acts of January 8, 2023.

In the Senate, Alcolumbre announced early in the evening that he will hold a virtual session on Thursday.
