What should be perfect? Of course, moist, fluffy like a cloud, with soft and juicy apples inside. This is what my grandmother does such a paper cake. She shared with me a recipe for this delicious baking formed from several popular ingredients. In addition, it is worth using a trick, thanks to which it will grow like a yeast.

Cake with paperwork will grow well if you add … vinegar. This inconspicuous ingredient reacts with baking powder, which is why it causes the mass loose.

I add vinegar at the very endThat is why the whole process is already happening in the oven, after pouring apples with a sweet mass. Thanks to this trick, baking becomes fluffy like a cloud, literally “leaves” the sheet.

You don’t have to worry about the taste of this product in the dough. During baking, it will evaporate completely, losing its characteristic smell.

If you don’t have vinegar, then You can replace it with lemon juice. It will work equally effectively – baking will grow very well.

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 kg of paperwork;
  • 2 cups of wheat flour;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1/2 cup of oil;
  • 1/3 cup of milk at room temperature;
  • 3 yolks;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of spirit vinegar;
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Preparation:

At the beginning I peel papers and put them off. Then I put yolks and eggs into the bowl, pour sugar and mix the whole for about 4 minutes until I get a light and fluffy mass.

In the next step I add oil and mix the mass for 30 seconds, to combine the ingredients. Then I gradually add flour in 4 parts. After each of them I mix the dough for 1 minute.

I also gradually add milk, a few tablespoons. The mass must come out liquid, but not watery. Finally, pour the baking powder and mix briefly again.

Then I go to the preparation of apples: I cut them into thick parts and pour on a cake tin with baking paper previously lined.

Only in this step I add vinegar to the dough and mix with a spoon. I pour apples with the prepared mass so that it fill all the gaps between them.

I bake a cake with paperwork in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour and 10 minutes – His top must be blushing. Before serving, it is worth sprinkling with powdered sugar.
