Russian President Vladimir Putin marked the United Arab Emirates on Thursday to organize his personal meeting with US President Donald Trump. Kremlin Advisor Yuri Ušakov announced on Thursday without further details that Putin will meet Trump in the coming days. In principle, the United States and Russia agreed on the proposal of the American side. The White House on Wednesday after the meeting of Trump’s ambassador Steve Witkoff with Putin in Moscow said that Moscow had expressed his interest in meeting Trump.
According to Ušakov with Putin, Witkoff also spoke about the idea of a three -sided meeting between US, Russia and Ukraine leaders. AFP recalled that the Russian President said in June that it is Ready to meet Greeny, but only during the “last phase” of interviews to end the war in Ukraine.
“I repeatedly stressed that I generally had nothing against it. It is possible,” Putin told journalists on Thursday. “However, it is necessary to create certain conditions to meet (TASR, TASR). Unfortunately, to create such conditions there is a long way before us,” added.
