The federal will appeal against the Senator (Somos-ES) and hopes to reverse at least part of the decision of the Minister of (Supreme Court).
The matter was dealt with in a meeting between the president of the Senate, (-AP), and ministers of the Supreme, on Tuesday (5). The meeting was revealed by the newspaper O Globo and confirmed by Sheet.
According to O Globo, the group sealed an agreement for the minister to flexible precautionary measures against Val; The Senate, in turn, would suspend his mandate for the disclosure of a confidential document that had been delivered by ABIN (Brazilian Intelligence Agency) over the attacks of January 8.

On July 16, Moraes rejected the request. The minister argued that there was no reason to modify the precautionary measures imposed against the senator and denied the request for the trip
The subpoena, however, only reached the Senator’s defense on the 24th, when he was already in Miami. As the case is confidential, a bailiff had to contact lawyers to communicate the minister’s negative.
