According to the Office for Public Procurement (ÚVO), the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic prepared a tender for ambulances in violation of the European regulations. The Office said that the existence of a contradiction was declared by the European Union in 2020 in response to the previous tender. According to the Office, the resort has not been able to amend medical laws under European regulations since then. TASR informed the spokesman of the ÚVO Michal Dzurjanin.
