The decision came after three days of inspections on structures that will receive the conference. Between August 6 and 8, UN representatives visited events of events, lodging, transportation systems, hospitals and emergency care units.
The objective was to evaluate the level of preparation of the capital of Pará to receive thousands of heads of state, delegations and representatives of civil society in the largest climate conference in the world.

The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), managed by the Belém City Hall, will have special protocols to serve both the local population and visitors.
The mobility plan foresees more than 240 buses with exclusive itineraries to travel to Parque da Cidade, in the so -called Blue Zone, in addition to the regular fleet.
For the port of Outeiro, about 100 vehicles will carry approximately 5,000 participants hosted on cruise ships.
There will also be blocks and release scheduled on the main access roads to the event, with vehicle inspection and accreditation barriers, as well as specific routes for heads of heads, including President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
According to the Government of Pará, the positive sign of UNDSS is the result of joint work between Union, State and Municipality, involving more than 10,000 agents and military from different security forces, such as Federal Police, Federal Highway Police, Army, Institutional Security Office, Segub and Segbel.
