Six people died on Saturday as a result of a collision between two lights next to the village of Casével, in Castro Verde, leading to the cut in both directions of the IP2, which still remains.
Two light vehicles, one with five occupants, collided in front of the IP2 kilometer 387, and following the collision, “one of the vehicles, which carried it five people, burned down,” Beja’s District District Relief Center (CDOS) source told Lusa.
“The fire of the vehicle spread to the bush on site, which forced the displacement of specific means, and was extinguished in the meantime,” the source added.
