State Representative Leonardo Siqueira (Novo-SP) made a representation in the Federal Court of Auditors), this Friday (8), against that of Brasilia.
Siqueira classified the proposal as “derision with public money” and affronts administrative morality.
In the representation, the deputy calls for the suspension of the contract, audit, investigation of responsibilities and sending the case to the Federal Public Prosecution Service and the Comptroller General of the Union.
“TST will spend $ 1.5 million to build a VIP room. All to ward off ‘inconvenient people’. Guess who pays? The ‘inconvenience’ themselves, the taxpayers,” says Siqueira.
“We have already paid VIP rooms for OE for the STJ. These are the priorities of justice that says defending the worker. We will continue to fight this spending,” adds the deputy.
With 44 m², the room includes pantry and bathrooms, with granite finish. On site, the 27 ministers will be entitled to personal follow -up by airport employees and a private car to travel to the plane.
TST will spend more than $ 1.5 million in two years to build and maintain the room.
