Egg clouds are baked eggs in a slightly different form, with foam protein similar to the cloud. The yolks are perfectly liquid and melt in the mouth. The addition of Parmesan cheese gives quite a lot of expressiveness and light spice. The bacon is crunchy and adds salty taste to the whole dish. This is the perfect idea for breakfast or dinner for the whole family, especially if you got bored of classic planted or scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of good quality bread,
- 2 eggs in size L or XL,
- 4 slices of bacon,
- 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
Additionally:
- parsley for decoration.
Method of performance:
Separate the protein from the yolks, being careful not to break them. Put the proteins in a bowl and beat them at high speed, adding a pinch of salt to obtain a stiff foam.
Put the baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the proteins into 2 mounds, creating a nest with a concave center. Sprinkle them gently with Parmesan cheese.
Put them in the oven set to 200 degrees Celsius and bake them for 4 minutes. Remove the baking tray and put in one yolk in the means. Salt them and grab them, then put the whole thing again in the oven for the next 3 minutes.
Heat a dry pan. Fry the bacon until crunchy.
Bake bread in the toaster.
Put the slices of bread on a plate, then put 2 slices of bacon. Place on top on the egg cloud.
Sprinkle the egg clouds with chopped parsley. Serve immediately after preparation, warm.
Always make the dish fresh.
