It determined that the judgment be sent to the Board of Directors and the Internal Control Unit of the House of Representatives, which will be responsible for adopting the appropriate measures.
“There are evidence of irregularity, as there are 4 absences not justified to the deliberative sessions of the Plenary in March, prior to the license, and the transparency portal of the Legislative House has no indication that there was a discount on the remuneration of the parliamentary due to the referred absences.”says the TCU.
