Two people have died this Saturday after crashing an ultralight plane in the area of El Pontón, in the Valencian municipality of Requena, according to sanitary sources of the Generalitat Valenciana.
The accident has occurred at 11.25 and, although the Samu has mobilized, upon arrival it has only been able to confirm the death of the two occupants when the device was crashed in an agricultural area. Research sources have explained that the two deceased are residents of Valencia.
The registration and much of the plane have been calcined as a result of the accident, which has caused a small fire stifled by the Valencia Fire Consortium. The Civil Guard has been in charge of the investigation, as reported by the Fire Department.
The Emergency Coordination Center has explained in an X post that had received the warning of a plane accident at kilometer 443 of National 332, towards Albacete.
