The addition of lemon juice gives this dish a crisp, citrus accent, which perfectly harmonizes with butter sauce. This bean is perfect for hot days when you need a light but filling meal.
It works great as an addition to dinner, accompanying meat or fish, as well as an independent dish that will conquer the hearts of vegetarian lovers.
- 500 g of green green beans,
- 50 g of butter,
- 1 shallot,
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice,
- ¾ teaspoon of salt,
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
Clean green beans and divide into smaller pieces 4-5 cm long, cutting off the tips.
Boil a pot of water with half a teaspoon of salt. Add the beans and blank it for 5 minutes until it is soft inside and crunchy outside. Strain and dry her.
Finely chop the shallot. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion. Fry the whole for a minute, until nice vitrification. Remove from heat.
Add a blanked and dried bean to the pan. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
Serve the prince’s beans warmly, immediately after preparation.
