Children offered by the occupiers in the “catalog” were born before 24 February 2022.
Our partners from Ukraine have informed us that the Department of Education of Russian occupation authorities from the Luhansk region has launched a web portal in which the Internet user can choose children according to various characteristic features – from character to exterior.
This fact was also informed by the Ukrainian NGO Save Ukraine, which points out that most children from the site come from the Luhansk region. At the same time, it is mentioned that these children were born before the occupation – it follows that their nationality was Ukrainian. The total number of minors in the catalog is estimated at 294.
Furthermore, the organization writes in its instagram account that the parents of these children were either killed or have been issued by Russian identification documents to disguise this disgusting trade in children.
This happens at a time when the Ukrainian institutions report on the kidnapped 19,500 Ukrainian children by Russian occupiers. According to Save’s chairman Ukraine, mykol Kuleba, kidnapped children in Russian families in Moscow and other Russian regions ended up.
