Co -founder of the Copai Coalition, Camila Bruzzi defends 60 days of work removal; deadline determined by the STF to act congress already burst

Engineer Camila Bruzzi, president and founder of (Paternity License Coalition), projects approval by the National Congress, still in 2025, the expansion of paternity license. The benefit, currently 5 days, remains unchanged since 1988.

Brazil is among the countries that offer the lowest time for paternity leave in the world, alongside Mexico, which grants 1 week. In Colombia it’s 3 weeks. In Portugal, 22 weeks, and in South Korea, 54 weeks.
