On Saturday, Israeli troops invaded several villages in the province of Kunnajra in the south of Syria and set up sites where they began to control the passing civilians. This is reported by TASR, referring to the Syrian agency Sana.

For example, a convoy of five Israeli military vehicles entered the village of Rafid on the border of the area under the control of the Syrian government and Israel -occupied Golan Heights. Another convoy of up to ten vehicles advanced to the village of Ruwajhín in the middle of the province of Kunnajra about 70 kilometers from the south of Damascus. Two Israeli tanks took positions on the outskirts of the village. Sana writes that Israeli troops withdrew from Syrian villages after a few hours.

At the end of July, negotiations between Syrian and Israeli representatives that mediated the United States took place in Paris. The interviews concerned violence in the area of the predominantly Drúz city of Suwajdá, where fighting broke out between Bedouins and Business. Israel has entered the conflict to support the drusters and attacked the air in Damascus and Syrian government troops. According to al-Jazeera television, Syrian officials of Israel said that the unity and sovereignty of Syria could not be the subject of negotiations.
