Reference in music, influence and entertainment

It was with this impulse that she started her career in entrepreneurship And that led her to the path of founding Mynd in 2017, alongside the black members Gil and Carlos Scappini, with a business model focused on artists, influencers, branded content and impact projects. “Today we are the largest in terms of artistic agency in the country,” he said.

Black Gil, even recently deceased cancer victim, was an essential part in this whole process. She remembers her friend as someone who said without hesitation: “Are you crazy? Everyone loves you, will start your business, yes!” She was the one who put everyone up in the crises, who answered, answered, welcomed – from directs to last -minute calls, he remembers. And who lived for others and transformed where it passed: Salvador, Rio, the music market. “Her legacy is not over, because she changed a generation. She was what it was because she wanted to.”

Purpose, representativeness and real impact

The businesswoman explained that Mynd’s growth is linked to the consistency and clarity of purpose. Fatima believes in the transforming power of digital influence, not only for brands, but also for creating opportunities. “Everyone is an influencer and has to develop as an influencer, take it out.” It exemplifies the potential of this market citing concrete cases: “There are people with 50,000 followers earning $ 100,000 per month.”

Advice

Finally, she recommends: Empowering requires attention to everything – numbers, inventory, data analysis and especially discipline. “Don’t give up. Research, learn, study.” The world changes fast, so the entrepreneur needs to adapt, understand when something did not work and follow. “Life is not about something that works forever.”

In addition, it reinforces that it is necessary to celebrate the small achievements. Did you get 30 employees? Happiness. 40? Even more. “I never thought it was going to go where I arrived.” And even in the defeats, I insisted: “Entrepreneurship is that: wake up, get up and… it will work. If you need it, it changes everything. The way it happened, I was happy, I am very happy,” he concludes.
