In the bathroom, we focus on washing washbasins, shower, bathtubs and toilets. We clean the tiles less often, but we completely forget about the joints, and yet in time they go crazy, they occur with dirt and mold. Such a mixture is difficult to clean without scrubbing, but it can be done by combining the right products from the kitchen.

The bathroom should be cleaned once a week not only for aesthetic reasons. Moisture and sediment in these places cause harmful bacteria and fungi. In turn, mold leads to allergies and respiratory problems.

If we do not do it regularly, then the surface of the tiles will be damaged. The joints themselves will become porous. The life of the tiles will therefore be shortened, so we will have to replace them faster.

We need 4 products to prepare your homemade liquid for cleaning dirty places between tiles, i.e. 1 cup of lukewarm water, 1/2 cup baking soda, 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1/4 cup of hydrogen peroxide.

Just mix these ingredients together and pour the resulting mixture into a bottle with an atomizer. We spray the joints with such a home liquid and wait a few minutes. Finally, we have to gently win them, e.g. with an old toothbrush, but without much effort. It can do without arduous scrubbing.

To strengthen this effect, it is worth additionally preparing a home paste from baking soda and water. It will work more intensively for persistent dirt.

If we do not have all the above products, we can clean dirty places between the tiles with other home methods. Each of us has toothpaste. Just apply it to dirt and scrub with an old toothbrush, and finally wipe with a damp cloth.

We will prepare an effective paste for joints not only from baking soda, but also from baking powder – This product is also enough to mix with a little water. We apply it to dirty places and wait 2 hours. After this time, the dirt will start to go down with a wet cloth.
