In the dispute over a surveillance camera, the Linz Higher Regional Court rightly agreed with the owner of a toilet and a café in Lofer (Pinzgau). The latter had sued a neighbor because he assembled the camera in such a way that owners, employees and suppliers had to be constantly monitored when entering or leaving the supplier entrance. According to the court, there was an illegal intervention in privacy. The decision is final.
