Ingredients:
- 100 g of mountain oat flakes,
- 125 g date without seeds, raisins, bananas or plums,
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- A pinch of salt.
Method of performance:
Soak the fruit for about 2 hours in hot water to soften. Strain and dry them well.
Transfer the selected fruit to the blender or kitchen robot together with oat flakes and all other ingredients. Blend the whole to a fairly homogeneous mass.
Take a spoonful of mass and form the balls in your hands. Put them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Store oat truffles in a tight container and keep in the fridge for a maximum of a week.
