The Parliamentary Corregedoria of the Chamber of Deputies received on Monday (11) requests for punishment to 14 congressmen who participated last week of obstruction of work in the plenary and the board of directors, in an occupation that lasted more than 30 hours.

The corregedor of the House, Deputy Diego Colonel (PSD-BA), already performs technical analysis of the parliamentary representations and should speak until Wednesday (13), limitation date for presentation to the directory table of opinions on each case. Actions ask for measures ranging from a mandate suspension for six months to cancellation of mandate.

The name of Camila Jara (PT-MS) is not on this list, but had previously been sent in direct representation of the PL to the Internal Affairs. She would have pushed Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) during confusion.
Commanded by the mayor, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), the table sent representations to the Internal Affairs last Friday (8), two days after riot. Between Tuesday (5) and Wednesday (6), deputies paralyzed the operation of the house in protest against house arrest of former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
Congressmen involved in the obstruction of activities, which also occurred in the Federal Senate, also pressured by vote on an amnesty project involved in the January 8 coup acts, which would benefit the former MINISTER OF MORAES, impeachment, rapporteur of proceedings against Bolsonaro in the Supreme Court (STF), and end of the privileged forum.
After a manifestation of the Corregedoria, the Board of Directors may request punishment from deputies and refer requests to the Ethics and Parliamentary Decoruses. If collegiate issues a favorable opinion to measures, congressmen may still resort to the plenary.
