Investigators also concluded that “strong evidence that the amounts received were converted to the benefit of Eloisa and Rubem Abdalla, given the significant busy financial volume”.
The complaint was filed by the Attorney General, Paulo Gonet, on July 9. The confidentiality of the investigation has been raised in recent days.
Gonet says that the couple’s dynamics consisted of raising funds by Pix de Eloisa. Then she passed the resources to Rubem Abdalla and auxiliaries, who made buying in supermarkets and bakeries.
