Businessman Jason Miller, counselor of US President Donald Trump, published on Sunday (10), a message on social networks in which he says “won’t stop” until former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) “is free”. Miller has been publications with criticism of the conduct of Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) in the criminal action in which Bolsonaro is a defendant for attempted coup.
“To make it clear: I won’t stop, I won’t give up, I won’t give in, until President Jair Bolsonaro is free,” he wrote on his X profile after sharing a publication that said, “The impeachment of Moraes is more important than liberating Bolsonaro.”
Federal Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), son of the former president, commented the post with flags from the United States and Brazil.

Miller has acted as a senior counselor in Trump’s campaigns and has a close relationship with the Bolsonaro family, especially with Eduardo, who has been in the United States since the end of February. From there, the deputy articulates with American congressmen the adoption of sanctions against Moraes and other STF ministers. At the end of July, Moraes was included in the Magsky Law List of Trump government.
The publication adds to others where Miller criticizes the Supreme, Moraes and Brazilian authorities, including President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT). In July, he provoked the minister by claiming that Moraes seeks protagonism in the decisions of justice against Bolsonaro.
Prior to that, shortly after the minister authorized Federal Police warrants against the former president, Miller accused him of adopting “dictatorial tactics” and asked Bolsonaro to “remain strong.”

Although he has no position in the US government, Miller is considered one of Trump’s leading counselors and has joined the Republican’s three presidential campaigns since 2016, in addition to the transition teams in 2016 and 2024.
He acts as a Trump consultant in political matters and communication strategies. He also founded the social network Gettr, which began to host extremists after blockages and account suspensions on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
In September 2021, Miller was received by the Bolsonaro family at the Dawn Palace. Upon leaving the country, he was approached by the Federal Police at Brasilia airport and testified in the STF survey that investigates the performance of the so -called “digital militias”, under Moraes’s rapporteur.
