Usually, traditional bread is prepared using wheat flour or sometimes rye. However, this can generate problems for people who tolerate gluten badly. Fortunately, it turns out that we can prepare tasty and crunchy bread without the use of flour.
We will make bread from seeds, bran and nuts. To create the mass we will use, among others Chia eggs and seeds, which will be a kind of binder for the whole and allow us to combine the ingredients together. This is due to the fact that eggs bind loose additives, and the remaining ingredients are glowing under the influence of liquids, so they will work binding. It is also worth adding fat to the mass, which everything is even better. Olive oil will be a good choice.
