They pretend to be taxi drivers and forward people to their cars painted with taxis colors. But in reality, they are not. The real taxi drivers are outraged and stopped the cars this Wednesday at Lisbon airport.
More than 200 taxi drivers from Humberto Delgado Airport Square, in Lisbon, they paralyzed this Wednesday in protest against false taxi drivers.

Speaking to Lusa, Carlos Silvarecently elected president of the Portuguese Taxi Federation (FPT), explained that he moved to the scene because he was aware that there were problems at the airport between taxi drivers and the so-called “clients”.
“There is a situation with annuals that have cars painted with the colors of the taxis, but are not, do not even represent other transport alternatives [TVDE]which caused a revolt and indignation, ”said Carlos Silva.

According to Carlos Silva, around 4 pm, they were among “250 to 300 taxi drivers” in the upper and lower park, which do not collect passengers “since late morning”, a situation that should be unlocked “soon”.
