CAS (Arbitral Corte of Sport) held hearings in April and May 2025 for cases of Rojas, Garro and Santos Laguna. The decision on the Mexican club was released on July 28, 2025, maintaining the transfer ban. The sentences of the other two cases should come out in the coming weeks.

Corinthians also appealed in the process with Shakhtar, which has no marked audience. The club remains prevented from registering reinforcements in the current window because of the punishment in the Santos Laguna case.
