Search and seizure warrant
The initial medical report indicated that hospitalization would last only one day. On Monday (10), the head judge of the Court of Criminal Executions took over the case, charged the defense the forecast of discharge and questioned if there were new procedures provided.
Without response, two days later, he ordered a search warrant and seizure to the director of the Samaritan Hospital to obtain information about the state of health and the period of discharge.
