The São Paulo Court of Justice has submitted a bill to the Legislative Assembly that increases salary bonus percentages to nearly 40,000 court servants according to “its acquired additional knowledge.”
The change will take place in a hanging called Additional Qualification (aq). For the project, the server who presents a doctor’s title will be entitled to receive 20% more about gross salary. Today, the percentage is 12.5%.
For master’s degree servers, the rate will rise from 10% to 15%, while those with a specialization certificate will increase their bonus from 7.5% to 10% and those with graduation diploma will go from 5% to 7.5%.
The benefit does not include magistrates, only employees such as scribes and judicial technicians.
The readjustment will include the 31,876 active servers and the inactive 8,408. According to information provided by the president of TJ-SP, Fernando Antonio Torres Garcia, in the justification of the project, the increase in rates will have an extra monthly cost of R $ 16,378,318.94 and will be paid with the Court itself.
Garcia says the proposal aims to appreciate the servers that provide public tenders with the requirement of middle -level education, but seek improvement and conclude graduations and specializations.
He also list that courts of justice of Acre and Amazonas have already adopted similar percentages, and that in the states of Goiás, Pará, Paraíba and Sergipe the benefits surpass those being offered in.
Sought by the panel, the TJ-SP advisory did not want to add anything but what was published both in the complementary bill and its portal on the subject.
Already the management (Republicans) says that it did not participate in the elaboration of the text and that the judicial body has autonomy to send the proposal to Alesp.
