In the barbecue season we are happy to prepare salads. They fit perfectly with a juicy neck or ruddy, crunchy sausage. An ideal vegetable salad is one that contains vitamins and minerals, which grilled meat provides little. The bouquet of vegetables allows you to balance the meal. However, this does not end with the advantages of a dinner allowance for friends or neighbors. Avocado grilled salad is extremely tasty, and at the same time easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
- mature avocado,
- 2-3 tomatoes,
- mozzarella ball (about 100 g after draining the pickle),
- 150 g of natural yogurt,
- a tablespoon of olive oil,
- a small clove of garlic,
- a teaspoon of lime juice,
- Salt, pepper (to taste).
Method of performance:
Avocado cross -section in half and remove the stone. Hollow the pulp and cut into cubes.
Burn the tomatoes and peel off the cuticles. Remove the seed nests from tomatoes. Cut the pulp into cubes.
Drain the mozzarella from the pickle and cut into cubes (the same size as the other ingredients).
Combine avocado, tomatoes and mozzarella from a bowl.
In a separate dish, combine yogurt with olive oil. Add a clove of garlic and lime juice squeezed through the press. Mix to combine the ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce into the salad. Put in the fridge for half an hour.
