President of, gynecologist and obstetrician José Hiran da Silva Gallo criticizes O, a program that was the target of government sanctions because of hiring Cuban doctors.
The doctor did not directly comment on the sanctions applied, but states that the CFM has always positioned himself against more doctors “because he understood that he precarious the assistance, allowed the performance of professionals without labor rights, without revalidation and weakened the SUS.”
“We defend policies that value the doctor, qualify the training and ensure safe care to the population,” he says.
Some backstage counselors estimate that the list should include the first class of Mais Médicos managers, which includes names such as the current health minister, Alexandre Padilha, the executive secretary Adriano Massuda, and eight other names.
