Two regional labor courts released judges and judges to participate in a sports tournament without discount on salaries. The 22nd edition of the National Olympics of the Federal Judiciary will be held between 20 and 26 September in, in the interior of Paraná.

The event is organized by the National Association of Labor Judiciary Servers.

In all, there will be 21 sports, such as athletics, basketball, beach tennis, cycling, table soccer, soccer society, football, futsal, handball, swimming, fishing, field tennis, table tennis, volleyball and chess.

The case was released by the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo and confirmed by Sheet.

Responsible for the jurisdiction of Amapá and Pará, the Regional Labor Court of the 8th Region issued, in March, a statement for those who wanted to attend the sporting event. He predicted that interested parties would make a “point dismissal request”, which should contain the agreement of the immediate leadership.

According to the warning, TRT-8 servers and magistrates wishing to participate in the 22nd National Olympics of the Federal Judiciary “may be released with point dismissal request”.

Sought by the report, the TRT-8 did not comment on the case.

Another court that released the judges to participate in the sporting event was the Regional Labor Court of the 5th Region, in Bahia. The TRT-5 unanimously approved on March 17 the release of hours for these magistrates.

The Court complied with an request made by the National Association of Labor Judiciary (Anastra). The release of the judges is conditioned “to the non -compromise of sessions of the judging organs of the Court, so as not to impair the judicial provision to the parties.”

By note, the TRT-5 said that “the non-commitment of the sessions of the judging organs” was an “non-negotiable condition”.

“This measure aims to ensure that the participation of the magistrates in the Olympics does not impair the judicial provision and the continuity of the work of the Court. All expenses will be personally beaten by each judge,” the court says.

The Court also says that the Federal Judiciary Olympics “is a national sports event that promotes the integration and exchange between servers and magistrates from all states.” It also says that the initiative is “aligned with the programs of the National Council of Justice for the Promotion of Physical and Mental Health of Judiciary Workers”.

The official page of the National Association of Labor Judiciary defines competitions as “high level, promoting the sport and integration between professionals of the federal judiciary”.

“This is a unique opportunity to experience sportsmanship and the camaraderie that permeates our sector,” he says.

The association has partnered with hotels for participants to stay. The three partner establishments are sold out.

Anastra members who are effective, retired servers, requested or magistrates of the Labor Justice, Electoral Justice, Federal Judiciary and the Federal Prosecutor of the Union, may be registered, provided that they are up to date with the monthly contribution given to the Association.

The inclusion of athletes in the competition is open until August 18.
